Each plan's CPU, memory, drives and traffic, the price for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, and the current-generation offer it is priced against, from a check of 13 no-KYC crypto hosts on 30 October 2026.

**Quick answer — How much does a Lumenfer bare-metal server cost?**

**A Lumenfer bare-metal server costs between $91.65 and $749.67 for 30 days, depending on its core count.** Entry: Lumen 6, a AMD EPYC 4244P with 32 GB DDR5 ECC. Most popular: Lumen 16, a AMD Ryzen 9 9950X with 128 GB DDR5, at $205.27. Prepaying 3, 6 or 12 months cuts 10%, 20% or 30%. You pay in crypto; there is no KYC and no setup fee, and Zurich costs what Amsterdam costs.

## What is the same on all five plans?

| Attribute | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Machine | Current-generation bare metal: a physical server with a 2022-or-newer CPU, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives, rented whole by one customer and run with full root access |
| Hardware | No hypervisor and no neighbours: all cores, all memory and every NVMe drive of the machine work for you alone |
| CPU generation | Launched in 2022 or later on every plan; no older chip is sold |
| Memory | DDR5 on every plan; ECC on the three EPYC plans |
| Disks | NVMe only. Two-drive plans ship with the operating system on a software RAID 1 mirror; ask support before delivery if you prefer RAID 0 or two separate drives |
| Network | One dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 come with every server. Each plan lists its port speed and its monthly traffic, counted on outgoing data per 30 days; going over never triggers an automatic charge |
| Cities | Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): all five plans in all four cities, one price everywhere |
| Operating systems | Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10 and Proxmox VE 9 |
| Login | You log in as root over SSH. Paste a public key when ordering and password logins stay disabled, or skip it and receive a temporary root password with the server, to replace on your first login |
| One-off fees | No setup fee: an order costs exactly the price of its term, and so does every renewal |
| Time to delivery | Up to 72 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed |
| Free trial | There is no free trial; the entry plan, Lumen 6, is $91.65 for 30 days |
| Identity checks | No KYC: we never ask for an ID, a selfie, documents, a card or a phone number |
| Coins | BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, from a $25 top-up |

## What does each plan cost?

Five plans, named by physical core count, each billed from your crypto balance: Lumen 6 $91.65, Lumen 8 $109.37, Lumen 16 $205.27, Lumen 24 $356.25, Lumen 32 $749.67 per 30 days. Each card also shows the 3-, 6- and 12-month prices. **City does not change the price.** The checkout asks four things: term, city, system and, if you have one, an SSH public key. Without a key you get a temporary root password.

| Plan | Quantity | 30 days | 3 months | 6 months | 1 year |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |

## What hardware is inside each plan?

Every plan is one physical server with two NVMe drives, and the table below lists all of it. Need help picking a size? [How many CPU cores do I need on a rented dedicated server?](https://lumenfer.com/how-many-cores-dedicated-server/ "Matching 6, 8, 16, 24 and 32 cores to real workloads") maps each core count to workloads.

| Plan | CPU (launch year) | Cores / threads | Memory | NVMe drives | Traffic | 30 days |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Lumen 6 | AMD EPYC 4244P (2024) | 6 cores / 12 threads | 32 GB DDR5 ECC | 2 × 960 GB NVMe | 30 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s | $91.65 |
| Lumen 8 | AMD Ryzen 7 9700X (2024) | 8 cores / 16 threads | 64 GB DDR5 | 2 × 1 TB NVMe | 40 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s | $109.37 |
| Lumen 16 | AMD Ryzen 9 9950X (2024) | 16 cores / 32 threads | 128 GB DDR5 | 2 × 1.92 TB NVMe | 60 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s | $205.27 |
| Lumen 24 | AMD EPYC 9254 (2022) | 24 cores / 48 threads | 256 GB DDR5 ECC | 2 × 1.92 TB NVMe | 100 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s | $356.25 |
| Lumen 32 | AMD EPYC 9354 (2022) | 32 cores / 64 threads | 384 GB DDR5 ECC | 2 × 3.84 TB NVMe | 150 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s | $749.67 |

### What does AMD list for each of these CPUs?

*Figures from AMD's product pages, read on 1 November 2026. They are AMD's specifications, not measurements by Lumenfer.*

| Plan and CPU | Base / max boost clock | L3 cache | DDR5 channels | Default TDP |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Lumen 6: AMD EPYC 4244P | 3.8 / 5.1 GHz | 32 MB | 2, up to 5200 MT/s | 65 W |
| Lumen 8: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X | 3.8 / 5.5 GHz | 32 MB | 2 | 65 W |
| Lumen 16: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X | 4.3 / 5.7 GHz | 64 MB | 2 | 170 W |
| Lumen 24: AMD EPYC 9254 | 2.9 / 4.15 GHz | 128 MB | 12, up to 4800 MT/s | 200 W |
| Lumen 32: AMD EPYC 9354 | 3.25 / 3.8 GHz | 256 MB | 12, up to 4800 MT/s | 280 W |

**The two EPYC 9004 plans trade clock speed for memory bandwidth.** AMD rates their twelve DDR5 channels at 460.8 GB/s per socket, six times the channel count of the smaller plans. The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X has the highest boost clock in the range, which favours single-threaded work such as compiles and game servers. The full trade-off is on [What is the best CPU for a rented dedicated server in 2026?](https://lumenfer.com/best-cpu-for-dedicated-server/ "Ryzen 9000, EPYC 4004 and EPYC 9004 on rented servers")

## How do the 30-day, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month terms work?

**Nothing is billed in arrears: each term is paid before it starts, from crypto you have already sent.** Choose 30 days, 3 months (91 days, 10% off), 6 months (182 days, 20% off) or 12 months (365 days, 30% off): a longer term is the 30-day price multiplied by 3, 6 or 12, minus its discount, rounded down to the cent (Lumen 16: $554.22 for 3 months, $985.29 for 6, $1724.26 for 12). Renewals repeat your term at the price you ordered at, unless you set another term for the next renewal in the dashboard. Each server is paid in advance from your crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, whichever term you pick when ordering. Auto-renew charges the same term again at the price you ordered at, or the term you set in your dashboard for the next renewal; when the balance falls short, the server stops at the end of its term, its drives are held for 7 days and then erased.

Setup fees are common elsewhere. Privex adds half a month to its Ryzen and EPYC machines, and Servers.Guru adds €49 to €799 per server. No setup fee: an order costs exactly the price of its term, and so does every renewal. Top-ups start at $25. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your servers. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.

### What does each plan cost per term?

*A longer term is the 30-day price times 6 or 12, minus its discount, rounded down to the cent.*

| Plan | 30 days | 3 months (91 days, −10%) | 6 months (182 days, −20%) | 12 months (365 days, −30%) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Lumen 6 | $91.65 | $247.45 | $439.92 | $769.86 |
| Lumen 8 | $109.37 | $295.29 | $524.97 | $918.70 |
| Lumen 16 | $205.27 | $554.22 | $985.29 | $1724.26 |
| Lumen 24 | $356.25 | $961.87 | $1710.00 | $2992.50 |
| Lumen 32 | $749.67 | $2024.10 | $3598.41 | $6297.22 |

## What is each Lumenfer price based on?

**Every price starts from a real competing offer: a named current-generation server sold for crypto without ID, with at least 25% taken off.** On the 30-day term, every plan is priced at least 25% under a named reference server (prices read on 30 October 2026): Lumen 6 against MonoVM's “AMD Epyc 4244p” at $122.20 a month; Lumen 8 against Privex's “RYZ78-ZEN4-FIN (Finland Dedicated (AMD Ryzen / EPYC))” at $145.83 a month; Lumen 16 against AbeloHost's “AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (PL)” at $273.70 a month; Lumen 24 against KoDDoS's “EPYC-9354-768GB-3.84TB-NVMe-10Gbps-Hong-Kong” at $475.00 a month; Lumen 32 against MonoVM's “EPYC 9354/384/2x3.84TB NVMe” at $999.57 a month. The reference is the current-generation machine with the smallest monthly price that matches or exceeds the plan's physical cores, memory and NVMe capacity, with NVMe drives only and a CPU launched in 2022 or later, one IPv4 address, a port of 1 Gbit/s or more, 10 TB of traffic or more, monthly billing and stock shown, among 13 hosts that take crypto and ask for no ID at signup. One twelfth of any setup fee is added to the monthly price; annual-only plans, older CPUs and hosts that require ID are left out, and so is AliasVPS, whose listed prices sit three to five times below every other host and whose delivery we could not verify; euro prices use 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB, 30 October 2026). We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: servers with pre-2022 CPUs, and hosts that take no crypto or ask for ID, list lower prices at several of them.

The check had to filter hard, because older hardware fills the cheap end. **In Lumenfer's check of 30 October 2026, 12 of 18 no-KYC crypto hosts sold their cheapest dedicated server on a CPU launched before 2022.** Only 113 of their 229 comparable plans had a 2022+ CPU and NVMe-only storage. Those older boxes would set lower targets, and the rule leaves them out. MonoVM sets two of these references. Some of its crypto checkouts run through Cryptomus/Heleket, a firm Britain sanctioned under its Russia rules on 8 October 2026.

## Which cities and operating systems can I choose?

**All five plans run in all four cities, at one price.** Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): all five plans in all four cities, one price everywhere. The Netherlands and Romania are EU members. Iceland is in the EEA without joining the EU, and Switzerland is in neither. Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, registered in Panama, and is bound only by Panamanian law. Each datacenter sits in its own country and is subject to that country’s law. City-by-city detail for Ryzen buyers is on [Where can I rent a Ryzen dedicated server in Europe?](https://lumenfer.com/ryzen-dedicated-server-europe/ "Ryzen bare metal in Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich and Bucharest")

Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered. The checkout offers Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10 and Proxmox VE 9. Proxmox VE turns one machine into your own pool of virtual machines. Several machines can then form one cluster: see [How do I build a Proxmox cluster with rented dedicated servers?](https://lumenfer.com/proxmox-cluster-dedicated-servers/ "Quorum, Corosync and storage across rented Proxmox nodes")

## Why is setup done by hand?

**A person builds each server by hand, so setup is measured in hours, not seconds.** Servers are prepared by a person once your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours rather than instantly; the dashboard shows progress and then the IP address when the machine is ready. Setup time: Up to 72 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.

That is slow by market standards. Across the hosts in our check, stated setup times ran from 30 minutes to 10 business days, with a median of 24 hours. After delivery, Reboots, reinstalls and cancellations are requested in the dashboard and handled by the team; reinstalling wipes the drives.

## How does an order become a running machine?

1. **Top up in crypto** — Choose your server at checkout, then pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC: the top-up is set to the price of your order. Minimum top-up $25.
2. **Payment credited** — Your balance is credited once the payment is checked on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation time: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min.
3. **A technician builds your machine by hand** (within 72 h) — Someone on the team sets up your server in the location and with the system you chose, within 72 hours of the confirmed payment. Locations: Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest.
4. **IP address and root access in your dashboard** — The IP address appears in your dashboard. Root logs in with your SSH key, or with a temporary root password shown there if you gave no key. `ssh root@<server IP>`

## What does the price leave out?

Some things are not sold at any price. Check this list before you order:

- **Privacy coins and Lightning:** neither Monero nor Lightning is accepted, although 15 and 3 of the 34 hosts in the check took them.
- **Out-of-band access:** There is no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console for customers: you request reboots and reinstalls in the dashboard and the team performs them.
- **Copies of your data:** Backups are not included: keep copies of your data somewhere else.
- **Attack filtering:** DDoS protection is limited to whatever the datacenter network applies by default; nothing further is promised.
- **Desktop systems and graphics cards:** Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered. No plan carries a GPU.
- **SMTP on port 25:** Outbound SMTP on port 25 is blocked on every server and is never unblocked; submission ports 465 and 587 to mail providers remain open.
- **Mining:** cryptocurrency mining is banned on every plan. Everything banned is listed in the [acceptable use policy](https://lumenfer.com/acceptable-use/ "Banned uses on Lumenfer machines").

## What are the payment steps, from top-up to server?

Three moves: create an account number, send crypto to your balance, then order the server from it. Nothing along the way asks who you are.

1. **Top up $25 or more** — Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
2. **Send it to the address shown, on the exact network** — The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
3. **Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”** — Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account.
4. **Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain** — Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times:
5. **Get your bare-metal server** — Choose a plan, a term, a city, a system and your SSH key (or none, for a temporary root password); the top-up matches the price of that term. After your payment is confirmed, a person prepares the machine within 72 hours and its IP address shows in your dashboard. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your servers. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.

| Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min |
| Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min |

Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.

## What do people ask about paying for Lumenfer servers?

### Is there a free trial or a money-back period?

There is no free trial; the entry plan, Lumen 6, is $91.65 for 30 days. When a server cannot be delivered, or stops working and support cannot repair it, the days it was down are credited back to your balance. Balances never expire. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law says otherwise; the share of a top-up added only to reach the minimum can be returned on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, while it is unspent. Each case is in the [refund policy](https://lumenfer.com/refunds/ "Downtime credits and top-up returns").

### How much does a 12-month term save?

Twenty percent against paying 30 days at a time. Lumen 16: $205.27 per 30 days, $985.29 per half year, $1724.26 per year. Renewals repeat the term at the price you ordered at, unless you pick another one in the dashboard.

### Is traffic included in the price?

Yes, up to each plan's monthly allowance, from 30 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s on Lumen 6 to 150 TB a month at 1 Gbit/s on Lumen 32. Only outgoing data counts, and going over never adds a charge by itself.

### What happens when my balance cannot cover a renewal?

Each server is paid in advance from your crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, whichever term you pick when ordering. Auto-renew charges the same term again at the price you ordered at, or the term you set in your dashboard for the next renewal; when the balance falls short, the server stops at the end of its term, its drives are held for 7 days and then erased. Top up before the term ends to keep the data; unused balance never expires.

### How is a 2022+ server priced here against other no-KYC hosts?

The price was set from the market, not from our costs: a named comparable 2022+ offer read on 30 October 2026, minus at least 25%. We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: pre-2022 machines often cost less. What you give up for it is listed above: no console, no backups, no Monero, and hand-built delivery.

### Will I be asked for documents or a phone number at any point?

No. No KYC: we never ask for an ID, a selfie, documents, a card or a phone number. Your login is an account number; adding an email is up to you. The account number is your only login, so keep it safe. An optional email lets you recover it; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered.
