The two cases in which Lumenfer credits days on a dedicated server, the one part of a top-up that can be paid back in crypto, and the way to claim either.

**Quick answer — Does Lumenfer refund dedicated servers?**

Yes, in the cases this page lists. When a server cannot be delivered, or stops working and support cannot repair it, the days it was down are credited back to your balance. Balances never expire. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law says otherwise; the share of a top-up added only to reach the minimum can be returned on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, while it is unspent. Credited days land on your Lumenfer balance, never in a wallet, and asking for them takes no KYC.

## 1. In which cases are days credited back?

Two cases lead to a credit, and no others:

- **The server cannot be set up.** For example, no machine of the plan you chose is free in your location by the time the payment is confirmed. No server is built, and its whole price stays on your balance.
- **The server stops and support cannot repair it.** Every day it was down returns to your balance, each counted pro rata: the price paid for the term divided by its days, so one thirtieth of the plan price for a 30-day term, and the same daily share of a 6- or 12-month price.

The table applies the rule to situations that come up often.

| Situation | Outcome |
| --- | --- |
| You order Lumen 16 at $205.27, and no machine of that plan is free in your location when the payment is confirmed | No server is built. The full $205.27 remains as balance, ready for another plan or location. |
| Your Lumen 6 is ready two days after the payment is confirmed | Nothing is lost: the 30 paid days start when the server is ready, not when you pay. |
| Your Lumen 8 at $109.37 runs for 18 days, then a fault stops it and support cannot get it running | The 12 days it was down return to your balance: 12/30 of $109.37. |
| You cancel your Lumen 6 after 9 days | No credit. Cancelling returns the machine and wipes its disks; unused days go with it. |
| Your server is suspended for running a booter service | No credit: suspensions for breaking the acceptable use policy fall outside the refund cases. |
| The 30 days run out with auto-renew off or too little balance | Suspension, then 7 days with the disks kept, then a wipe. No further charge, and no credit. |

## 2. Where do credited days end up?

Once support confirms the case, it adds the credit, in US dollars, to your Lumenfer balance. Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your servers. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.

You can spend that balance on any plan from the [Lumenfer pricing page](https://lumenfer.com/pricing/ "Lumenfer dedicated server plans and prices per 30 days"), in any location that is open.

## 3. Can any part of a top-up be paid back in crypto?

Yes, one part: the amount added solely to meet the $25 minimum. Ask within 30 days of paying and, if that amount is still unspent, it comes back in USDT or USDC. The rest of any top-up stays as balance, and it is paid out only where the law demands it.

That part exists because of how orders are priced. An order asks you to top up what your balance is missing, but never less than $25. When the missing amount is below the minimum, the extra lands on your balance, and that extra is what can come back.

| Top-up | Amount payable back in USDT or USDC |
| --- | --- |
| $25, when your balance already covered most of a renewal of Lumen 6 and less than $25 was missing | $25 minus the amount that was missing, provided you ask within 30 days and have not spent it. |
| More than $25 in that same situation | Still only that difference. Whatever you sent beyond the minimum is regular balance. |
| $205.27 for an order of Lumen 16 with an empty balance | Nothing: the top-up held no amount meant only to meet the minimum. |
| A top-up of $25 or more made without ordering a server | Nothing: all of it is regular balance. |
| A request made 45 days after the payment | Nothing: the 30-day window is over. The money remains as balance, with no expiry. |

## 4. How do I claim a refund?

Every refund request goes by email, and none needs ID or documents.

1. **Email support** — Write to support@lumenfer.com with "Refund request" as the subject. Send it from the address on your account, if it has one.
2. **Point to the payment** — Quote the order reference (ORD-…) and the payment's transaction ID (TXID). Leave your account number out. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.
3. **Say what you are claiming** — For days of a server that stopped, give its IP address and describe the fault. To claim the minimum top-up part, include a USDT or USDC receiving address and name its network.
4. **Wait for the reply** — A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules.

## 5. What cannot be refunded?

- Balance from top-ups, except the minimum part of section 3 or where the law requires a payout.
- Unused days on a cancelled server.
- Unused days on a server suspended under the [acceptable use policy](https://lumenfer.com/acceptable-use/ "What may and may not run on an Lumenfer dedicated server").
- Data lost when disks are wiped: after the 7-day keep period, a reinstall or a cancellation. Backups are not included: keep copies of your data somewhere else.
- Blockchain fees paid on your transfers.
- Payments from addresses on sanctions lists. Every incoming payment is screened against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited.
- Coins sent to a wrong address or over a wrong network: blockchain transfers cannot be undone.

## 6. Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial; the entry plan, Lumen 6, is $91.65 for 30 days. No setup fee: an order costs exactly the price of its term, and so does every renewal. Credits follow the cases of section 1 only, so check a plan's processor, memory and disks before you pay. The page on where to buy a dedicated server with crypto shows what an order involves.

## 7. Can a crypto payment be charged back?

No. A confirmed blockchain payment cannot be pulled back, so chargebacks do not exist for crypto. The cases on this page are the only route to a credit or a payout, and requests go by email to support@lumenfer.com. This policy is part of the [terms of service](https://lumenfer.com/terms/ "Lumenfer terms of service, governed by the law of Panama").

## 8. Changes to this policy

This version of the policy is dated 1 November 2026. We can update it. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version, and a change covers payments made from that date on.

Lumenfer: Lumenfer rents current-generation bare-metal servers in Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich and Bucharest, paid in crypto with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Every machine has a CPU launched in 2022 or later, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives, and is rented whole by one customer with root access. It is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a Panama company that ignores DMCA notices, answers only to Panamanian law, allows Tor exit relays and keeps no logs. On the 30-day term, every plan is priced at least 25% under a named comparable current-generation server from 13 no-KYC crypto hosts, read on 30 October 2026.
