Quick answer

What is Lumenfer?

Lumenfer is a bare-metal host that rents only current-generation servers, paid in crypto with no KYC. Every machine has a CPU launched in 2022 or later, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives, from $91.65 per 30 days. DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, operates it. The servers stand in Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich and Bucharest, and a person prepares each one by hand.

What does Lumenfer sell?

Lumenfer rents current-generation bare-metal servers in Amsterdam, Reykjavik, Zurich and Bucharest, paid in crypto with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Every machine has a CPU launched in 2022 or later, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives, and is rented whole by one customer with root access. It is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a Panama company that ignores DMCA notices, answers only to Panamanian law, allows Tor exit relays and keeps no logs. On the 30-day term, every plan is priced at least 25% under a named comparable current-generation server from 13 no-KYC crypto hosts, read on 30 October 2026.

The range has five plans and five CPUs, nothing else. Lumen 6 $91.65, Lumen 8 $109.37, Lumen 16 $205.27, Lumen 24 $356.25, Lumen 32 $749.67, each for 30 days. The smallest is a 6-core AMD EPYC 4244P; the largest is a 32-core AMD EPYC 9354 with 384 GB DDR5 ECC. Why does Lumenfer rent only 2022+ hardware?

Because the cheapest server at most no-KYC hosts is a generation or two behind. In Lumenfer's check of 30 October 2026, 12 of 18 no-KYC crypto hosts sold their cheapest dedicated server on a CPU launched before 2022. Only 13 of those 18 hosts listed any server with a 2022+ CPU and NVMe-only storage.

Current hardware also costs more elsewhere. For 8 cores, 64 GB and 1 TB, the median monthly price was $356.07 with a 2022+ CPU and NVMe. With any CPU it was $291.52, so current hardware carried a 22% premium. Lumenfer was built to remove that premium.

The platform gap is concrete. AMD lists PCIe 5.0 on every CPU in the range and DDR5 only. Its two EPYC 9004 chips carry twelve memory channels, rated at 460.8 GB/s per socket. Which workloads gain from that is covered in What is the best CPU for a rented dedicated server in 2026? and Is DDR5 worth paying for on a rented dedicated server?

How does Lumenfer set its prices?

Each price is set at least 25% under a named current-generation server that a no-KYC crypto host sells. On the 30-day term, every plan is priced at least 25% under a named reference server (prices read on 30 October 2026): Lumen 6 against MonoVM's “AMD Epyc 4244p” at $122.20 a month; Lumen 8 against Privex's “RYZ78-ZEN4-FIN (Finland Dedicated (AMD Ryzen / EPYC))” at $145.83 a month; Lumen 16 against AbeloHost's “AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (PL)” at $273.70 a month; Lumen 24 against KoDDoS's “EPYC-9354-768GB-3.84TB-NVMe-10Gbps-Hong-Kong” at $475.00 a month; Lumen 32 against MonoVM's “EPYC 9354/384/2x3.84TB NVMe” at $999.57 a month. The reference is the current-generation machine with the smallest monthly price that matches or exceeds the plan's physical cores, memory and NVMe capacity, with NVMe drives only and a CPU launched in 2022 or later, one IPv4 address, a port of 1 Gbit/s or more, 10 TB of traffic or more, monthly billing and stock shown, among 13 hosts that take crypto and ask for no ID at signup. One twelfth of any setup fee is added to the monthly price; annual-only plans, older CPUs and hosts that require ID are left out, and so is AliasVPS, whose listed prices sit three to five times below every other host and whose delivery we could not verify; euro prices use 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB, 30 October 2026). We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size: servers with pre-2022 CPUs, and hosts that take no crypto or ask for ID, list lower prices at several of them.

What does Lumenfer not do?

A short catalogue keeps the promises checkable. These are the gaps, stated before anyone pays:

  • Coins: no Monero and no Lightning. 15 of 34 dedicated hosts in the check took Monero.
  • Systems: Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered. No GPU on any plan.
  • Console: There is no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console for customers: you request reboots and reinstalls in the dashboard and the team performs them.
  • Backups: Backups are not included: keep copies of your data somewhere else.
  • DDoS: DDoS protection is limited to whatever the datacenter network applies by default; nothing further is promised.
  • Speed of setup: Servers are prepared by a person once your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours rather than instantly; the dashboard shows progress and then the IP address when the machine is ready.
  • Reach: four cities, no Asia, no Americas.
  • Benchmarks: Lumenfer publishes no speed test of its own. Third-party figures appear only with their source, date and method. How to test a server yourself is on Where can I find honest benchmarks for dedicated server hosting?
  • Social proof: no ratings, no testimonials, no customer counts. The site shows prices, hardware and dated checks instead.

Which rules apply to every Lumenfer server?

The rules are short and the same on every plan. DMCA notices and other foreign copyright notices are not acted on: only Panamanian law and orders of Panamanian courts bind us. Tor relays of every kind are permitted: exit relays, middle relays and bridges. Outbound SMTP on port 25 is blocked on every server and is never unblocked; submission ports 465 and 587 to mail providers remain open.

Not allowed: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet control, DDoS or any other attack, scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and serving sanctioned people or companies. Foreign copyright and DMCA notices get no action; Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders do. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden and get the server suspended. People and companies in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen, Western Sahara or the occupied regions of Ukraine cannot be served. Every incoming payment is screened against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited. You must be 18 or older to open an account.

What does Lumenfer store about customers?

Only what billing and running the server require. Nothing is logged: no connection or traffic logs, no visitor or customer IP addresses, and nothing about how you arrived at the site except a referral code when the link you used carried one. What we store is what billing and running your server require: your account number and optional email; each top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and for each server its name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, plus the temporary root password we set when no key was given, which stops working once you change it. The datacenter’s own network equipment is outside our control. Records are released only on the order of a Panamanian court.

The account number is your only login, so keep it safe. An optional email lets you recover it; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

What do people ask about Lumenfer itself?

Who owns Lumenfer?

DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, operates Lumenfer. Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, registered in Panama, and is bound only by Panamanian law. Each datacenter sits in its own country and is subject to that country’s law.

Where are Lumenfer servers located?

Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): all five plans in all four cities, one price everywhere. Two of the four countries are in the European Union, Iceland is in the EEA, and Switzerland is in neither. You can pick the legal setting as well as the distance to your users.

Does Lumenfer keep logs?

No. No logs are kept: no connection logs, no traffic logs and no visitor or customer IP addresses, on the site, in the dashboard or on the servers. The datacenter's own network equipment is outside Lumenfer's control. What is stored, and why, is in the privacy policy.

How do I reach support?

A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules. Every channel is on the contact page. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

Does Lumenfer show reviews or customer numbers?

No. The site carries no star ratings, testimonials or client counts. It shows what can be checked instead: each plan's hardware, its price and the dated rival offer behind that price.

Why are there only five plans?

Each plan is one CPU in one memory and disk layout, priced against a dated market check. Five sizes, from 6 to 32 cores, cover most single-server jobs. How many CPU cores do I need on a rented dedicated server? maps them to workloads.
