The records Lumenfer keeps to run your dedicated server, the logs it never writes, the items your browser stores, and the single case in which records are handed over.

Quick answer

What does Lumenfer keep about its customers?

Nothing is logged: no connection or traffic logs, no visitor or customer IP addresses, and nothing about how you arrived at the site except a referral code when the link you used carried one. What we store is what billing and running your server require: your account number and optional email; each top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and for each server its name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, plus the temporary root password we set when no key was given, which stops working once you change it. The datacenter’s own network equipment is outside our control. Records are released only on the order of a Panamanian court. An email address sits on your account only if you add one. The website and the dashboard set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts, and no identity check of any kind takes place.

1. Who controls your data

Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, a Panamanian limited liability company, which decides how the data on this page is used. It is also the seller in the terms of service. Send privacy questions to [email protected].

2. What "no logs" covers

No logs are kept: no connection logs, no traffic logs and no visitor or customer IP addresses, on the site, in the dashboard or on the servers.

When your browser sends a request, our servers see your IP address, as with any website. We use it to answer that request and, holding it in memory only, to cap how many requests one address can send. Nothing writes it to disk or to a log.

The datacenter that houses your server runs its own network equipment. Lumenfer does not control that equipment, which follows the law of the datacenter's country. The page on whether a hosting provider can see the data on a dedicated server covers the physical side.

3. The records we keep

Each record below exists because running, renewing or billing a dedicated server needs it. The last column shows where it comes from.

What we holdWhyComes from

4. What we never ask for

  • No KYC: we never ask for an ID, a selfie, documents, a card or a phone number.
  • Your name, home address or birth date: no form on the site asks for them.
  • Card numbers or bank details, since only crypto is accepted.
  • Your private SSH key, your root password or your account number by email. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

5. Cookies and what your browser stores

Neither the website nor the dashboard sets a cookie. Neither one runs analytics, advertising or tracking code, and Lumenfer's own server delivers the fonts.

A few features save small items in your browser. Each item remains on your device until it expires or you erase it, unless the last column says it is sent.

On a computer that other people use, sign out and erase the site's stored data when you are done.

A payment in BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC needs a dollar exchange rate, which the payment page reads from a public price service: Coinbase, or CoinGecko if Coinbase does not respond. No cookie, referrer or account detail goes with that call. The price service still learns your IP address, the way any site you visit does. USDT and USDC count as one dollar each, so paying with them triggers no such call.

6. Crypto payments and public blockchains

Every crypto payment is written to a public blockchain, where anyone can read its amount, its time and the addresses involved. Because of this, a top-up's transaction ID links it to the past activity of the wallet that sent it. Every incoming payment is screened against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited. No card network or bank takes part in a payment. Each step is shown in how do I buy a dedicated server with Bitcoin.

7. The optional email address

You can open and use an account without any email address. The account number is your only login, so keep it safe. An optional email lets you recover it; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered. When an email is on file, the recovery page in the dashboard mails your account number to it. When you write to support, your address and your message are kept so that we can reply.

8. How records are used and who receives them

The records above serve to run your account, prepare and renew your servers, credit payments, answer support emails and handle abuse reports. We sell no data and use none of it for advertising.

Only an order from a Panamanian court can make us hand records over; a DMCA notice or any other foreign demand gets nothing. The page on whether a host can see the data on your dedicated server explains where that rule stops, including the datacenter's network.

9. How long records and disks are kept

  • Server disks: a server that is not renewed keeps its disks for 7 days; after that they are wiped. A cancellation or a reinstall that you request wipes the disks too.
  • Items in your browser: they last until you sign out or erase them (section 5).

10. Your choices

No email address is needed to use Lumenfer. You can cancel any server from your dashboard, which wipes its disks. To ask about your account's data, email [email protected] and quote an order reference (ORD-…); leave the account number out. Before you pay, the Lumenfer pricing page lists the plan details an order is built from.

11. Security

The account number works as both username and password, so a password manager is the right place for it. You log in as root over SSH. Paste a public key when ordering and password logins stay disabled, or skip it and receive a temporary root password with the server, to replace on your first login. Your private SSH key belongs on your own device, and nobody at Lumenfer needs it. The page on renting a dedicated server without KYC lists everything an order does and does not require.

12. Age

You must be 18 or older to open an account. We do not knowingly keep records about minors.

13. Changes and contact

This version of the policy is dated 1 November 2026. We can update it; the date at the top of the page marks the version in force. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
