Quick answer
What are the main terms for renting an Lumenfer dedicated server?
Lumenfer rents out whole offshore dedicated servers for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at a time, each term paid from a crypto balance you top up in advance. There is no KYC and no setup fee. DomaineGoat LLC, a Panamanian company, is the seller: Panamanian law governs and Panamanian courts hear disputes. DMCA notices are not acted on. A person prepares every server after payment. Breaking the acceptable use policy means suspension, and credits follow the refund policy.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
DomaineGoat LLC, an LLC registered in the Republic of Panama, sells and operates Lumenfer: the dedicated servers, the https://lumenfer.com website and the dashboard where you manage them. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean DomaineGoat LLC; "you" means the person who holds the account.
You agree to these Terms the first time you create an account, add funds or use a server. They include three policies, each one binding: the refund policy, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.
2. Who may rent a server
- You must be 18 or older to open an account.
- People and companies in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen, Western Sahara or the occupied regions of Ukraine cannot be served.
- Nobody on a sanctions list may hold an account, and no account may serve a person or a company on such a list.
- You must have the legal capacity to sign a contract where you live.
3. Your account
Your login is an account number; adding an email is up to you. No KYC: we never ask for an ID, a selfie, documents, a card or a phone number.
- The account number is the only key to the account. Anyone who has it controls the balance and every server on it.
- The account number is your only login, so keep it safe. An optional email lets you recover it; without one, a lost number cannot be recovered.
- Every action taken with your account number or your SSH keys is your responsibility.
- Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.
4. What you rent
Current-generation bare metal: a physical server with a 2022-or-newer CPU, DDR5 memory and NVMe drives, rented whole by one customer and run with full root access. No hypervisor and no neighbours: all cores, all memory and every NVMe drive of the machine work for you alone.
- Access: You log in as root over SSH. Paste a public key when ordering and password logins stay disabled, or skip it and receive a temporary root password with the server, to replace on your first login.
- Systems: Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered. Installable images: Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10 and Proxmox VE 9.
- Disks: Two-drive plans ship with the operating system on a software RAID 1 mirror; ask support before delivery if you prefer RAID 0 or two separate drives.
- Console: There is no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console for customers: you request reboots and reinstalls in the dashboard and the team performs them. The page on what IPMI is on a dedicated server describes the tool that is left out.
- Locations: Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): all five plans in all four cities, one price everywhere.
- Plans: Lumen 6 $91.65, Lumen 8 $109.37, Lumen 16 $205.27, Lumen 24 $356.25, Lumen 32 $749.67; every price buys 30 days. Choose 30 days, 3 months (91 days, 10% off), 6 months (182 days, 20% off) or 12 months (365 days, 30% off): a longer term is the 30-day price multiplied by 3, 6 or 12, minus its discount, rounded down to the cent (Lumen 16: $554.22 for 3 months, $985.29 for 6, $1724.26 for 12). Renewals repeat your term at the price you ordered at, unless you set another term for the next renewal in the dashboard. Processor, memory, disks and traffic per plan are on the Lumenfer pricing page.
- Requests: Reboots, reinstalls and cancellations are requested in the dashboard and handled by the team; reinstalling wipes the drives.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars, per 30-day period with the 6- and 12-month prices next to them, and published on the pricing page. No setup fee: an order costs exactly the price of its term, and so does every renewal.
- Crypto is the only means of payment: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Monero and Lightning are not accepted.
- Payments fill a prepaid balance, with a minimum top-up of $25. Each term (30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months) is then taken from that balance.
- Use the exact amount, address and network displayed at payment. Coins sent over a different network can vanish for good.
- You bear the blockchain fee of every transfer you make.
- Every incoming payment is screened against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited.
- Price changes reach new orders only. A period bought before a change stays at its original price.
6. Setup and delivery
Servers are prepared by a person once your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours rather than instantly; the dashboard shows progress and then the IP address when the machine is ready. Setup time: Up to 72 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Your paid days begin once the server is ready, not at the moment you pay. When a server cannot be prepared, none is created and the amount remains on your balance (see the refund policy). A request for a different disk layout, such as RAID 0 or separate disks, must reach support before the server is ready.
7. Renewal, suspension, cancellation and wiping
Each server is paid in advance from your crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, whichever term you pick when ordering. Auto-renew charges the same term again at the price you ordered at, or the term you set in your dashboard for the next renewal; when the balance falls short, the server stops at the end of its term, its drives are held for 7 days and then erased.
- Early renewal: the dashboard accepts a renewal at any point in a period.
- Without auto-renew: suspension comes when the paid days end, followed by the same 7 days of keeping.
- Coming back after a suspension: a renewal within those 7 days starts the server again with its disks as they were. Once the 7 days have passed, the disks are wiped and nothing can be restored.
- Cancellation: cancelling a server hands the machine back and wipes its disks. Unused days are lost with it.
- Reinstall: a reinstall wipes the disks and installs the system you pick.
8. Your data and backups
Backups are not included: keep copies of your data somewhere else. The data on your server, and every copy of it, are your responsibility. No one can bring a disk back after a reinstall, a cancellation or the end of the 7-day keep period. RAID 0 and separate disks keep no mirror copy, so a failed disk loses what was on it.
9. Network, traffic and email
- One dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 come with every server. Each plan lists its port speed and its monthly traffic, counted on outgoing data per 30 days; going over never triggers an automatic charge.
- Outbound SMTP on port 25 is blocked on every server and is never unblocked; submission ports 465 and 587 to mail providers remain open.
- Using the server's IP addresses for anything banned by the acceptable use policy is a breach of these Terms.
10. Rules of use
The acceptable use policy is binding under these Terms. Not allowed: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet control, DDoS or any other attack, scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and serving sanctioned people or companies. Tor relays of every kind are permitted: exit relays, middle relays and bridges. You answer for everything that runs on your server, including each virtual machine you host on it and each person you let in.
11. Copyright notices and the law that applies
DMCA notices and other foreign copyright notices are not acted on: only Panamanian law and orders of Panamanian courts bind us. Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, registered in Panama, and is bound only by Panamanian law. Each datacenter sits in its own country and is subject to that country’s law.
Only a Panamanian court order makes Lumenfer hand over records. Every record that exists is listed in the privacy policy, and that list holds no connection logs, no traffic logs and no visitor or customer IP addresses. The page on what "DMCA ignored" means for a dedicated server explains the rule in plain words.
12. Suspension and appeals
A server is suspended in two situations only:
- its paid days end and it is not renewed (section 7);
- it is used for something the acceptable use policy prohibits.
Foreign copyright and DMCA notices get no action; Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders do. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden and get the server suspended. Your dashboard marks a suspended server as suspended. A server stopped for breaking the acceptable use policy earns no credit for its remaining days: credits exist only in the cases the refund policy names. To appeal, email [email protected], quoting the server's order reference and IP address. You can leave at any time by cancelling your servers.
13. Availability and changes to the offer
No specific uptime is promised. Planned maintenance, failing hardware, the datacenter's network or events beyond our control can interrupt a server. DDoS protection is limited to whatever the datacenter network applies by default; nothing further is promised. When a server stops and support cannot get it running again, the days it did not run return to your balance. New orders may see plans, locations or systems added or removed; periods already paid are untouched.
14. No warranty
The service comes "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty that a server suits a particular purpose. Nor do we warrant that a given website or service will accept its IP address, or that IP location databases will place it in a particular country.
15. Limits on liability
Within the limits of Panamanian law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. For any claim, our total liability is capped at the price of one 30-day period of the server concerned. These Terms leave in place any liability that Panamanian law forbids us to limit.
16. Indemnity
When a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the acceptable use policy, you reimburse the reasonable costs and losses we incur from it.
17. Governing law and courts
The laws of the Republic of Panama govern the service and these Terms. Any dispute about them goes before the courts of Panama, which alone have jurisdiction.
18. Changes and language
This version of the Terms is dated 1 November 2026. We can change these Terms. The version in force is the one whose date appears at the top of this page; from that date it governs new orders, renewals and continued use. The English text is the reference: where a translation says something different, the English text wins.
19. Contact
- Support: [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules.
- Abuse reports: [email protected].
- Name a server by its order reference (ORD-…) or its IP address, never by your account number. The Lumenfer contact page says what to put in each email.
