Quick answer
How does Lumenfer go from payment to a booted server?
Lumenfer rents current-generation bare metal — one physical server per customer, built by an engineer after your payment clears. Pay from a crypto balance with no KYC, pick a plan from $91.65 per 30 days, choose a city, a Linux or Proxmox image, and your SSH key. The machine is ready within 72 hours, root access included. Here is the exact sequence.

Which company operates Lumenfer?
Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, incorporated in Panama. Lumenfer is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, registered in Panama, and is bound only by Panamanian law. Each datacenter sits in its own country and is subject to that country’s law. The entity that takes your Lumenfer order is the one that racks the hardware and answers your mail: no reseller, no white-label layer. The corporate record and the standing policies are documented on the about page.

What does the engineer who prepares your server do?
Provisioning is a manual step, not a hook the payment gateway fires. When your payment confirms, an engineer allocates the hardware, writes your chosen image and releases access.
- Provisioning and handover: Servers are prepared by a person once your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours rather than instantly; the dashboard shows progress and then the IP address when the machine is ready.
- Array: Two-drive plans ship with the operating system on a software RAID 1 mirror; ask support before delivery if you prefer RAID 0 or two separate drives.
- Operations afterwards: Reboots, reinstalls and cancellations are requested in the dashboard and handled by the team; reinstalling wipes the drives.
At Lumenfer, a server is a queue entry worked by a person, not a self-service switch: plan on up to 72 hours from payment to root. In Lumenfer's check of 30 October 2026, bare-metal sellers that publish a setup time promised a median of 24 hours, within a range of 30 minutes to 10 business days. A hand-built Lumenfer machine is slower than that median.
What is specified on every server?
Each plan is a single physical host, named down to its CPU. No hypervisor and no neighbours: all cores, all memory and every NVMe drive of the machine work for you alone. One dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 come with every server. Each plan lists its port speed and its monthly traffic, counted on outgoing data per 30 days; going over never triggers an automatic charge. The images available are these: Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered. You select the location and the image at checkout; the processor, memory and NVMe drives of each plan are itemised on the pricing page.
How are abuse reports handled?
Abuse reports are sent to [email protected] and triaged by a person, not by an automatic rule. Foreign copyright and DMCA notices get no action; Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders do. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden and get the server suspended. The prohibited set is exact: Not allowed: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet control, DDoS or any other attack, scanning or brute-forcing systems you do not own, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and serving sanctioned people or companies. The policy, and how each report is assessed, is written on the acceptable-use policy.
What does support consist of?
Support is email, in English, answered by the engineers who provision the machines. Direct any question about an order or a server to [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules. within 12 hours. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat. Reports of misuse use the separate address [email protected]. Frequent questions are indexed on the FAQ.
What is recorded, and how is payment settled?
Records. Nothing is logged: no connection or traffic logs, no visitor or customer IP addresses, and nothing about how you arrived at the site except a referral code when the link you used carried one. What we store is what billing and running your server require: your account number and optional email; each top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and for each server its name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, plus the temporary root password we set when no key was given, which stops working once you change it. The datacenter’s own network equipment is outside our control. Records are released only on the order of a Panamanian court. The retention rules are restated for reference on the privacy page.
Payment. Settlement is crypto only, drawn from a prepaid balance. Lumenfer accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Every incoming payment is screened against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited. Terms run 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, the longer ones discounted; every plan and term is priced on how much a Lumenfer bare-metal server costs. On credits and returns: When a server cannot be delivered, or stops working and support cannot repair it, the days it was down are credited back to your balance. Balances never expire. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law says otherwise; the share of a top-up added only to reach the minimum can be returned on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, while it is unspent. The billing mechanics are defined on the terms of service.
What are the honest constraints?
The constraints, stated without euphemism:
- No instant setup: a human provisions each host, so expect Up to 72 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed rather than immediate access.
- No out-of-band console: There is no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console for customers: you request reboots and reinstalls in the dashboard and the team performs them.
- No backups: Backups are not included: keep copies of your data somewhere else.
- No DDoS guarantee: DDoS protection is limited to whatever the datacenter network applies by default; nothing further is promised.
- Four locations: the footprint is Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): all five plans in all four cities, one price everywhere, with no other region.
- No Monero or Lightning: the accepted assets are BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, and no others.
There is no Windows image and no GPU option: Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered.
Provisioning and payment: common questions
How long is the queue after my payment confirms?
It is not immediate. Servers are prepared by a person once your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours rather than instantly; the dashboard shows progress and then the IP address when the machine is ready. In practice the build runs Up to 72 hours from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Do you require any identity verification?
No. No KYC: we never ask for an ID, a selfie, documents, a card or a phone number Sign-in is an account number, with an optional email address.
Can I get IPMI or a serial console?
No. There is no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console for customers: you request reboots and reinstalls in the dashboard and the team performs them Reboots and reinstalls are requested in the dashboard and executed by the team.
What becomes of the host if my balance runs out?
It is suspended, not destroyed on the spot. Each server is paid in advance from your crypto balance for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, whichever term you pick when ordering. Auto-renew charges the same term again at the price you ordered at, or the term you set in your dashboard for the next renewal; when the balance falls short, the server stops at the end of its term, its drives are held for 7 days and then erased.
Can I run my own virtual machines on the server?
Yes. Linux images only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, plus Proxmox VE for running virtual machines on the hardware. Windows is not offered Proxmox VE is provided for running virtual machines on the bare metal you rent.
Who handles mail sent to [email protected]?
A person reviews each report. Foreign copyright and DMCA notices get no action; Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders do. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet control, attacks and child sexual abuse material are forbidden and get the server suspended.
